"We are very pleased with our new Nissan NV200 as it offers all the comfort and space we require. It will give me so much more freedom as the seating layout means we can take the grand children out with us for days out now without any hassle as they can sit either side of me in my wheelchair. It also gives me more normality as I can easily steer my wheelchair up the ramp and travel in my chair in comfort with my family around me. We had a hoist in our old car, but I am finding it harder to get out of my chair these days and my wife was finding it increasingly more difficult to help me transfer across, causing her to develop back problems. Having the rear wheelchair access relives the need for my wife to transfer me, it’s very frustrating and hard work when you can’t help yourself and rely on someone else to help you. Our new Constables’ vehicle will make such an enormous difference to our lives."
