We are very pleased with our new Nissan NV200 as it offers all the comfort and space we require. It will give me so much more freedom as the seating layout means we can take the grand children out with us for days out now without any hassle as they can sit either side of me in my wheelchair. It also gives me more normality as I can easily steer my wheelchair up the ramp and travel in my chair in comfort with my family around me. We had a hoist in our old car, but I am finding it harder to get out of my chair these days and my wife was finding it increasingly more difficult to help me transfer across, causing her to develop back problems. Having the rear wheelchair access relives the need for my wife to transfer me, it’s very frustrating and hard work when you can’t help yourself and rely on someone else to help you. Our new Constables’ vehicle will make such an enormous difference to our lives.

We were very impressed with our demonstration, it was really helpful. We really liked Constables' style of ramp, quality and seating options.We were kept informed at all stages and took delivery of our new Expert quicker than anticipated. Having worked in a road haulage company you get that sense of unity and it’s a unique feeling that I never thought I would feel again. It was absolutely lovely, everyone was warm and friendly, taking the time to talk to us and make us feel welcome. It was just like the weather - very beautiful, and a lovely place to be. Just a note to say we are now in receipt of our new WAV Kangoo Expression delivered Monday 27th June to us in South Kirkby, West Yorkshire by your driver Stephen who explained everything answered all our questions and completed all the necessary paperwork with my Husband Carl who is leasing the car for his needs. I can say that your representative was extremely courteous and a pleasure to have met, he is a knowledgeable member of your company and did not rush us through anything giving us time to make sure we understood everything. He is a credit to the company and thank you to all who were involved in the conversion which will make my Husbands life and mine much more enjoyable. Please pass on my thanks to all concerned.

The car is beautiful in every way. Economical, lovely drive, very comfortable and perfect for wheelchair access. Constables' Motability Advisor was also excellent and left us with no concerns at all. We took delivery of our Constables' Renault Kangoo a couple of weeks ago and it is marvellous. It is beautiful to drive and very comfortable with great acceleration and braking. We recently went to Plymouth which is a really long journey, especially as I got a little lost so drove even longer, but it was fantastic and my husband was really comfortable. We were delighted with the help and expertise Constables provided, nothing was too much trouble and their service was second to none. Our son Nathan loved the car and also Sam, his younger brother as it was important that he could lower the ramp. Nathan loves travelling with us now and sits in the heart of the car with the rest of the family. The Expert has really made a difference and transformed the way we travel.

We love our car - it has given both of us the freedom to get out and about - however long or short the journey. Before, it was months before we went out because it was such an ordeal.
