Constables Mobility is a Motability Converter Partner - this means that through Motability we can exchange your Higher Rate Mobility Allowance for a new vehicle, enabling you to benefit from 5 years or 100,000 miles of worry free motoring under their Contract Hire scheme (Hire Purchase is also available).

If you receive the Higher Rate Mobility Component of the Disability Living Allowance or the War Pensioners' Mobility Supplement, you can turn part or all of that allowance into the car of your choice through Motability.

95% of Motability customers choose to lease a car through their Contract Hire agreement, which for customers interested in a wheelchair accessible vehicle offers:

• A new wheelchair accessible vehicle of your choice every 5 years
• Insurance and personal accident cover
• Servicing and maintenance
• Full breakdown assistance from RAC
• Replacement tyres fitted by Kwik-Fit
• Window or windscreen replacement at no extra cost.

Some customers may prefer to buy their own car, in which case Motability's Hire Purchase scheme might be for you. If you choose Hire Purchase, you negotiate the actual purchase price with Constables Mobility; you'll also be responsible for organising and paying for comprehensive insurance, breakdown recovery, your car tax disc, servicing and repairs. However, you'll own your own car at the end of the lease period. Please note: if you choose to buy a car with a Hire Purchase agreement through Motability, you will need to be receiving your allowance for the full length of your agreement.
