On behalf of Constables Mobility, I would like to sincerely thank customers past and present for their support, patience and loyalty - it has been a pleasure doing business with you all, and long may it continue.

2007 has been a very busy year for Constables Mobility, and with your help, we have achieved our aims and surpassed our sales expectations. The weather for
The Motobility Roadshow in June was wet to say the least, but it still didn't stop the orders flooding in. Drastic action had to be taken to cope with the workflow - and through the evaluation of working practises and implementation of new stringent, yet streamlined, quality control procedures, plus a necessary investment in staff training and recruitment, we have emerged triumphant. A new position has also recently been created within the company for a talented and proven Business Development Manager to help continue this positive trend.

2008 promises to be an exciting and revolutionary year for Constables Mobility - keep an eye out for more information. In the meantime, I would like to pass on our good wishes for the Christmas period and hope you have a happy and mobile new year.

This pleasant factor of having more work than we had anticipated stretched our supply chain and workforce for a while, with long waiting lists for our popular
upfront Carchair and rear access Openroad vehicle ranges - however, thanks to everyone's input and hard work, we have overcome this minor hiccup and been able to develop a much better and more efficient way of working. Delivery times are now typically between 4 and 12 weeks, depending on base model availability, and we will be able to continue to maintain this excellent level of service even though we have ambitious plans for the coming year.

It has been big changes all round and 2007 saw the makeover of our brand image which has since proven a big hit with customers and the media alike. Our advertising and marketing now has a much more professional and stylish edge that reflects the whole forward thinking ethos of the company, in partnership with remaining a friendly, family concern with traditional values. Our website has also undergone a bright and refreshing transformation a much more informative and pleasant web experience for all, with the ability to download or request brochures with or without speaking to a member of staff, or to arrange a
