TO VALIDATE YOUR CLAIM

a) the person you have recommended to us needs to mention you when they first contact us and quote code PAL1011 - either by phone, email, letter or through the simple enquiry form on our website
b) You need to complete and submit the online form below, or complete the voucher enclosed in your delivery pack. Should this recommendation progress to a completed order and delivery of one of our new wheelchair accessible vehicles, we will reward you with £50. There is no limit to the number of friends you can recommend so just complete another online form to recommend others and build up your rewards.
